About The Role

The Shopper Marketing Manager will lead internal & external thinking to find the sweet spot between brand, sales, and retailer objectives, translating consumer insights & shopper behaviour into effective activation plans that grow sales, strengthen retailer relationships, & deliver measurable ROI.

We are looking for someone to work with Brand & Sales teams to develop & execute shopper centric, omnichannel marketing strategies that drive conversion, increase category & brand penetration, & enhance the shopper experience across relevant retail touchpoints.

Main Responsibilities

You will work closely with the Brand Marketing & Sales teams to develop & land our shopper marketing campaigns and thought leadership. This will include:

Day-to-day communication with the Brand Marketing team, Sales team, & agencies, translating & influencing brand strategies & campaigns to work for shoppers & customers
Develop and manage full 360-degree Shopper Marketing campaigns (online, in-store and digital)
Lead campaign measurement to drive continuous improvement
Budget ownership and management to deliver strong ROI while meeting brand/customer objectives

Who We Are Looking For

Passionate and commercially minded Shopper Marketer with a strong affinity for building brands & delivering impactful shopper experiences
Deep understanding of the UK omnichannel retail landscape & retail media ecosystem, with 5+ years’ proven FMCG shopper marketing experience delivering high impact activation plans across major grocery customers
Strong project management capability, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and high quality execution across multiple simultaneous initiatives
Comfortable working at pace & navigating ambiguity in a fast moving retail environment
Exceptional stakeholder manager with the ability to build strong relationships & influence effectively across internal teams & with retailer partners
Understanding of emerging shopper behaviours across digital, retail media, & omnichannel journeys
Curious, innovative mindset with a desire to challenge the status quo & continuously improve activation standards
