Service Management Consultant, ITIL4Hybrid working - 3 days on site
£525 - £625 per day (umbrella engagement)
Our client, an industry leading and national business, is looking to hire a Service Management Consultant with a strong background in ITIL v4-aligned practices.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing key service management processes.
Engagement via Umbrella Company Only; all taxes & NI deducted at source.
Responsibilities:
Manage & optimise ITSM processes eg Incident, Request, Problem and Service Transition ensuring alignment with ITIL v4 principles.
Ensure consistent service delivery across IT operations and business services.
Drive adoption of ITIL practices across teams and (including stakeholders).
Liaise with technical & business teams to drive and improve process efficiency and customer experience.
Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to ITSM reporting & governance.
Assist in rollout of new ITIL aligned practices and frameworks.
Essential Experience:
ITIL 4 certification.
Strong knowledge and experience in ITSM process management across ITIL v4 practices.
Ability and proven experience of embedding and ensuring adoption of ITIL practices within an organisation.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with service transition activities.
