A24 is looking for a part-time, in-office intern to support the Workplace Experience team -- must be available up to 15 hours.

This internship is based in our Los Angeles (West Hollywood) office.

Responsibilities

Shadow Office manager and receptionist in their day-to-day duties
Assist with office admin and reception coverage
Conference room upkeep
Maintain kitchen, bathrooms, supply rooms, and common areas, ensuring they are well stocked and clean throughout the day
Organize in-office events
Run errands as needed
Light A/V troubleshooting
Shipping and distributing mail
Assist with general office email inbox
Keep all technology charged and available
Ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

Willingness to work in office 2–3 days per week
Front desk experience a plus
Interest in Office Management / People related initiatives
Personable, social, and enthusiastic
Humble, diligent and resourceful
