We are looking for a REACT developer who can develop API's for a billing systems as the client migrates to STRIPE.

Lead the end-to-end migration of the API Developer Portal’s billing system from Recurly to Stripe, with initial rollout focused on new users, while maintaining full support for existing Recurly-based subscriptions.
Migrate subscription and metering logic to Stripe, enabling Stripe to calculate and manage usage-based charges and billing metrics that differ from the current Recurly-based implementation.
Develop a migration roadmap and implementation plan, including:
Technical design documentation

Must Have Requirements:

Hands-on experience integrating Stripe for subscription billing, including Products, Prices, Customers, Subscriptions, Webhooks, and usage-based (metered) billing models.
Experience designing and implementing usage metering pipelines, including tracking, aggregating, and reconciling API consumption data for accurate billing.
Strong understanding of webhook-driven architectures, including event handling, retries, and failure recovery.
Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, with practical experience using React to build and maintain developer-facing applications.
Experience building scalable back-end services and integrations, particularly around billing, entitlements, authentication, and API access control.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger specifications, and API lifecycle management.
