Job Description –

• Hands on ability to configure

• Module Experience:

o Incident Management Module.

o Problem Management Module

o Change Management Module

o Asset Management Module

o Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Module

o Service Catalog Module

o Service Level Management Module

o Knowledge Management Module

• Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development, particularly with configurations

• Develop, test, and debug scripts using JavaScript and other relevant technologies.

• Document integration processes, including design, configuration, and customization details.

• Provide technical support and maintenance for existing configurations

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proficient in JavaScript, REST APIs, SOAP, and other relevant technologies.

• Strong understanding of ITIL and service management processes.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or similar certification is preferred
