We're working with Govcio on this exciting opportunity.

Join Govcio as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer SME and be at the forefront of transforming government IT. The Role

Guide ITSM strategy, planning, and service delivery, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
Design and develop custom queries, reports, and dashboards within ServiceNow.
Configure and administer ServiceNow modules and forms, ensuring optimal security and workflow.
Develop scoped applications and service portals, enhancing the user experience.
Provide subject matter expertise to support various IT initiatives and projects.

What You'll Need

8+ years of extensive experience as a ServiceNow developer and administrator.
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML, REST, and SOAP services.
Thorough understanding of the ServiceNow System and its various functionalities.
Familiarity with ITIL principles, with ITIL Certification preferred.
US Citizenship required to obtain a Top Secret Clearance.
