Overview

As a Salesforce Developer, you will design, develop, and implement scalable, high-quality solutions within Salesforce to support the CRM needs of multiple business units at Quorum Software. You will work across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Pardot, and our newly expanding capabilities in Revenue Cloud and Agentforce, ensuring seamless integration and performance across the platform.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Pardot, CPQ, and Agentforce.
Create and configure custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, flows, Apex triggers, Lightning components (LWC/Aura), Apex classes, and Visualforce pages.
Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions on the Force.com platform.
Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware tools such as MuleSoft.
Implement best practices for Salesforce development, configuration, and architecture.
Develop and maintain complex quoting, billing, and revenue processes using Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing).
Support and enhance Agentforce by automating agent workflows, optimizing Omni-Channel routing, and building AI-driven service processes.
Execute integration testing with Apex test classes, ensuring maximum code coverage.
Maintain an expert-level understanding of Salesforce architecture and apply best practices to scale development across business units.
Work within Agile frameworks—including story writing, estimation, sprint planning, and participating in daily scrums.
Document technical designs, workflows, and solution architecture clearly and consistently.
Stay up to date with modern Salesforce trends, features, and platform enhancements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent.
Certified Salesforce Administrator and Certified Platform Developer I, II (additional certifications such as CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant are a plus).
Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience, including Sales, Service, Experience Clouds, and CPQ.
Hands-on experience with Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing) and Agentforce strongly preferred.
Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, and/or middleware tools like MuleSoft.
Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and declarative tools such as Flows.
Strong understanding of unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, behavioral testing, and DevOps best practices.
Ability to work across all phases of the SDLC for multiple complex projects.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to form decisions.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, self-organized, committed to quality, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
