**Job Title:** Salesforce Developer
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue, Pardot, CPQ, and Agentforce. Lead full‑cycle development, integration, testing, and deployment while maintaining high code quality, adherence to best practices, and alignment with Agile processes.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver robust, maintainable code and configurations within sprint timelines.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Continuously improve development practices, documentation, and DevOps pipelines.
- Maintain optimal system performance and security in a multi‑tenant environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and build custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, flows, Apex triggers, Lightning components (LWC/Aura), Apex classes, and Visualforce pages.
- Develop and optimize quoting, billing, and revenue processes using Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing).
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
- Build and maintain Agentforce enhancements, AI‑driven service processes, and Omni‑Channel routing.
- Write and execute Apex test classes to achieve high coverage and ensure regression safety.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies: user story writing, estimation, sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives.
- Document technical designs, architecture, and processes for knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, features, and best‑practice guidelines.
**Required Skills:**
- Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development (Sales, Service, Experience Clouds, CPQ).
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Visualforce, and declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Flow Builder).
- Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing) and Agentforce.
- Proven work integrating systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (MuleSoft).
- Deep understanding of SDLC, unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, behavioral testing, and DevOps best practices.
- Analytical mindset for using data and metrics to drive decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail and self‑organization.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator.
- Certified Platform Developer I and II.
- Additional certifications such as CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant are a plus.
