We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java and Spring Boot frameworks. The ideal candidate will lead development teams, ensure best practices in coding, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with modern Java technologies are essential.

Lead the design and development of scalable Java applications using Spring Boot.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and architecture.
Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.
Ensure proper documentation for systems, APIs, and processes

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Lead Developer with expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud deployment.
Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.

This is a hybrid role that requires working 3 days per week onsite at the Client office in Charlotte, NC.
