Job Description

An aerospace company is looking for a Tech Trainer with hands on experience in systems engineering or devops to join their team. You'll onboard engineers, review code, complete documentation, and train engineers on SDLC best practices. You'd also get to work on avionics products, continuing to stay hands on keyboard, while also teaching and mentoring others!

This role is 5 days on-site in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This is a contract to hire position.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in software development, devops, or systems engineering
Experience or strong desire to teach and mentor others
Strong communication skills
