About The Role

We are looking for a driven, hands on and passionate superstar to join the Global Marketing team. As Global Brand Marketing Assistant for Colour, you will support with shaping and delivering the campaigns for Colour, including our star franchises Pillow Talk and Exagger-Eyes, to help fuel Charlotte Tilbury to become the most loved brand, with #1 rankings and growth across the world. You'll contribute to propagating the brands purpose "Give anyone the right makeup and beauty and they can conquer the world", fulfilling it's promise ""Easy to CHOOSE. Easy to USE. Easy to GIFT. Making it EASY for EVERYONE to be the most confident and beautiful version of themselves."

We are looking for someone that is ready to join a fast paced & creative environment, where you can collaborate effectively with all global and regional teams, and inspire with your attitude to excellence, your unstoppable creative flair and passion for efficiently getting things done! You will support the Colour Brand team to create record breaking, integrated omnichannel Marketing campaigns, across global product launches, evergreen franchises, as well as supporting specific market, to deliver "only Charlotte Tilbury could do that" results.

You will be best partners and work with each specialist CMO function (Creative Agency, Copy, Visual Merchandising, Social, Digital, PR, E-Commerce and Content teams), the Product Development teams, the Digital teams that drive charlottetilbury.com and Tech, as well as the regions (US, EMEA, APAC).

As a Global Brand Marketing Assistant, Colour you will

With the Global Brand team you will...

Have an obsession with customer, product and market insights, owning competitor analysis and being the voice to report back to the team who's doing what in and beyond the industry. Constantly taking inspiration, whilst coming up with new and fresh ideas to leverage any relevant opportunity
Support with end to end colour campaigns, from concept through to campaign delivery. You'll work closely with all 360 global teams to ensure campaign messaging, identity and priorities are cohesive across all toucbpoints and all regions, on time and in budget. You'll own the Critical Path Analysis, driving the schedule of campaign planning to ensure all functions are on track with deliverables and approvals ahead of launch
Collaborate closely with the Global Product Development team and in house Creative team to own end to end asset deliverables for all assigned campaigns
Lead on data analysis for the colour team - reviewing NPD and campaign performance, reporting of monthly sales, reviewing rankings and market share changes for the colour category
Collaborate with Regions (UK, US, EMEA, APAC) and the charlottetilbury.com team to ensure activities are integrated across all channels and touchpoints with a consistent messaging / projection, whilst solving local relevance by dialling up relevant elements.
Craft clear marketing toolkits, exciting the business on the new launch/campaign providing them with a complete kit to flawlessly execute the innovation and campaign in a timely fashion and in line with global positioning
