Job Specifications

We are looking for a Data Annotator / Data Analyst to support the development and evaluation of cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with data, has a strong eye for detail, and is excited to collaborate with data scientists and engineers to improve model performance.

This is a contract until 31/12/2026 working hybrid 3 days on site in London paying £238.82 daily PAYE.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring high-quality datasets that directly influence how intelligent systems learn and evolve.

What you’ll be doing

Annotating and labelling datasets for a range of AI and machine learning use cases
Ensuring annotations are accurate, consistent, and aligned with defined guidelines
Analysing annotated data to identify patterns, issues, and opportunities for improvement
Collaborating closely with data scientists and ML engineers to refine annotation strategies
Using annotation tools (e.g. Label Studio or similar) to manage, review, and maintain datasets
Performing basic data processing and validation using Python and related technologies

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
Experience annotating datasets for AI or machine learning applications
Hands-on experience with annotation tools (e.g. Label Studio or similar platforms)
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams
Some experience with Python is preferred
Experience with data processing technologies such as PySpark is a plus
Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based data workflows is desirable
