Location: Remote - 9 Months Contract (Full time)

Salary Range: RM9000 + RM400 (KPI)

Interpersonal Skills:

Strong customer service focus
Active listening & objection handling
Clear, professional communication
Emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure
Open to feedback, fast learner, positive mindset
Analytical & critical thinking skills

Technical Skills:

Typing: 40 WPM, 90% accuracy
Proficient in MS Windows & Office
Able to read, write, and speak the required support language

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Assist customers regarding the beauty products
Provide timely support via multiple channels
Handle payments and customer data securely
Protect brand reputation and customer loyalty
Escalate priority issues when needed
Collaborate with team to improve support processes
