Title: AI Change & Enablement Lead
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Type: Multi-Year W2 Contract
We are seeking a senior-level AI Change & Enablement Lead to drive enterprise-wide adoption of agentic AI across business, IT, and analytics teams. This role sits at the intersection of change management, learning design, and AI transformation, helping the organization move from experimentation to sustained, scalable impact.
You will own the strategy and execution of change and enablement programs that prepare teams to confidently and responsibly use AI in their daily work. This includes unifying fragmented training content into intuitive learning paths, building practical AI literacy, and ensuring governance and guardrails translate into real-world behaviors.
This is a highly visible role within the AI Center of Excellence, partnering closely with product, engineering, and business leaders to turn AI strategy into action.
Key Responsibilities
Drive AI adoption and behavior change
Develop and execute structured change management strategies that support enterprise adoption of agentic AI. Prepare teams for new ways of working and ensure sustained behavior change.
Design enablement and learning programs
Create role-based training paths, playbooks, templates, and hands-on labs that build practical AI skills and confidence across varied audiences.
Unify and simplify training content
Consolidate AI learning materials scattered across LMS modules, vendor decks, internal playbooks, product notes, and ad-hoc guides into cohesive, easy-to-navigate learning journeys.
Operationalize responsible AI usage
Translate AI governance policies, guardrails, and standards into clear, actionable guidance and usable artifacts for delivery teams.
Support pilots and scale-up
Partner with product and engineering teams to onboard early adopters, gather feedback, and continuously refine enablement approaches as AI solutions move from pilot to enterprise scale.
Measure adoption and effectiveness
Define and track adoption, usage, and value metrics to evaluate impact and drive continuous improvement of AI Hub offerings.
Act as a cultural connector
Bridge central AI Hub teams with federated business and IT teams, reinforcing shared language, expectations, and success stories.
Leverage ambassador programs
Build and manage ambassador or champion networks to scale training, communication, and engagement across the organization.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience leading large-scale change initiatives tied to technology or process transformation
Deep expertise in structured change management methodologies and organizational change practices
Proven experience driving adoption of new technologies across diverse, enterprise-scale teams
Strong background in learning design, enablement strategy, or workforce transformation
Ability to translate complex technical and governance concepts into clear, practical guidance
Experience partnering with product, engineering, and business stakeholders
Data-driven mindset with experience defining and measuring adoption and impact metrics
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
The hourly pay rate range for this position is dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
