Job Specifications

We are currently looking for an SAP/ERP Rollout Manager to join a project with a client of ours in France.

Start: ASAP

Duration: 12 month initial contract with extensions highly likely

Location: Remote with flexibility for key stage travel (travel expenses covered)

Languages: English and French speaking

Type: Contract/Freelance

Role/Responsibilities

Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA) and MES solutions, with an understanding of integrations between ERP, MES, automation systems, and other third-party systems.
Manage the end-to-end plant rollout journey of ERP & MES programs, from design through to hypercare completion.
Plan and oversee workload and resource allocation for plant and business teams (local key users), ensuring strong alignment with broader program teams.
Drive stakeholder engagement across IT, business, and plant teams, ensuring clear alignment on rollout activities and priorities.
Proactively identify risks, develop and implement mitigation plans, and resolve issues efficiently to maintain program timelines.
Lead and motivate cross-functional, multicultural teams while working independently to meet rollout objectives.
Provide clear, structured reporting on rollout progress, risks, and issues to senior stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure transparency, collaboration, and timely decision-making.
