AI Consultant – London – Up to £70K

Peaple Talent has partnered with a thriving digital consultancy experiencing strong growth, now seeking a talented AI Consultant to play a key role in delivering cutting-edge transformation initiatives.
What you’ll do:
Conduct market research to identify & evaluate emerging AI tech & trends including genAI, LLMs, and agentic systems
Assess client needs to design and recommend innovative AI solution: prototype, build, and train ML/DL models (including GenAI)
Support project teams with technical input for roadmaps, proposals, and PoC preparations, collaborating with Data/AI Engineers on full lifecycle deployments
Build & deploy scalable solutions: create data pipelines (ETL/Airflow), MLOps (Docker/AWS/Azure/GCP), and interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI)
Drive client impact – from EDA and model validation to ethics-compliant AI strategies across EMEA sectors like energy, automotive, and infrastructure
What we’re looking for
5+ years hands-on AI/ML experience
Experience in a client-facing role with stakeholder management
Core tech stack: Python/Java, TensorFlow/PyTorch/scikit-learn, cloud AI services (AWS/GCP/Azure), ETL tools, and data visualization.
Agentic AI edge – ideally familiar with tools like LangChain Agents, AutoGPT, CrewAI, plus GenAI/LLMs (Hugging Face, RAG, OpenAI)
STEM degree with strong communication skills – explain complex AI simply, manage deliverables autonomously, fluent English
Growth mindset; eager to learn 2026+ frameworks while grounding in proven ML prototyping for real-world client wins
What’s on offer:
£60,000 - £70,000 + bonus and benefits.
