Contract Opportunity: SuccessFactors Technical Product Lead (LMS / LEP)

We’re hiring an experienced SuccessFactors Technical Product Lead to support a large, complex enterprise HR technology environment, with a strong focus on SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LEP / LXP).

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning technical delivery, working at scale, and acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

The role

You’ll take ownership of the technical delivery of SuccessFactors Learning, ensuring an existing roadmap of enhancements and changes is delivered successfully.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, third-party suppliers, and developers, you’ll translate business requirements into technical solutions, manage platform changes and incidents, and ensure a high-quality user experience across LMS and LEP/LXP capabilities.

Must-have experience

Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS (Learning module)
Experience with Learning Experience Platforms (LEP / LXP) alongside LMS
Deep technical knowledge of configuration, integrations, middleware, HRIS sync, security and authorisations
Experience delivering enterprise-scale HR system changes and managing incidents
Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and external vendors
Background working within large, complex organisations

(SAP SuccessFactors certification is highly desirable)

Contract role (initial 6–8 months)
Hybrid working – London-based with limited onsite requirement
