Job Specifications

This role focuses on developing a custom AI agent capable of searching, interpreting, and extracting information from documents stored in SharePoint, with the goal of automating the population of internal templates such as Investment Memos and PowerPoint decks. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid arrangement based in London and collaborate closely with the Corporate Strategy team. The project offers the potential for additional follow-up work upon successful delivery of the initial solution.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy an AI agent tailored for document search and extraction within SharePoint environments
Implement solutions for automated data extraction and population of structured templates, including Investment Memos and PowerPoint presentations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand document structures and workflow requirements
Ensure the AI agent delivers accurate, reliable, and secure data handling in compliance with company policies
Conduct testing, validation, and iterative improvements based on user feedback and project needs
Provide technical documentation and user guidance for the deployed solution
Support potential follow-up enhancements or integrations as required

Skills And Requirements

Proven experience in AI engineering, with a focus on large language models (LLMs) and document automation
Strong proficiency in Python or similar programming languages relevant to AI development
Hands-on experience with SharePoint integration and document management systems
Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques for information extraction
Ability to design and implement automated workflows for structured document population
Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and document templating tools
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
Hybrid working availability in London is required
