Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Lead with React.js to work with our Client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading application development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications using Java and React.js.
Provide technical leadership to offshore and onshore development teams
Architect and develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Java
Build responsive and user-friendly UI components using React.js
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA teams to define technical requirements
Perform code reviews and enforce best coding practices and standards
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
Mentor junior developers and guide team deliverables

Required Skills

Backend

Strong experience with Java (Java 8 or above)
Hands-on with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
Experience in developing Microservices architecture
Strong knowledge of REST APIs
Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases
