Job Specifications

The Tribe Finance and Reporting is looking for a Business/Functional Analyst to support the implementation of a reporting regarding the Belgian state guarantee for the funds of depositors (DGS-reporting).

Responsibilities :

• Analysis of the needed data elements and mapping with the Financial data warehouse ;

• Maintenance of the data lineage documentation ;

• Definition of the needed data enrichments and business rules ;

• Support in the setup of the acceptance testing (definition test cases, test data, ...)

• Support in the execution of the acceptance testing, in the coordination of the resolution of test defects and creation of a test summary report ;

• Support in the specification of the end users BI reporting ;

• Creation and/or maintenance of the process documentation and description of the control framework.

Profile :

• Holding a master’s degree in (business) economics or a comparable field ;

• Minimum 3 years working experience in a change delivery role ;

• Working knowledge on any data driven reporting, preferably DGS (Deposit Guarantee Scheme) and/or hands-on experience in data granular reporting is a plus ;

• Ability to read & interpret regulatory documentation, reporting policies & IT-instructions;

• Having hands on proficient level of experience on SQL and Cognos ;

• Fluent in English. Dutch and/or French is a plus.

• Self-starter, self-organizing and able to work autonomously while effectively managing priorities ;

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.
