Job Title: Automation Test Lead

Job Location: Brussels, Belgium/ onsite

Job Type: Contract

Language: English, Knowledge of Dutch/French would be advantage

Automation Test Lead:

Expertise in Test Planning, Test Estimation, Test Strategy, Test Cases Design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, Defect Management & Configuration Management
Excellent communication skills since this role requires too many Client presentations and will be directly interacting with key stake holders.
Insurance & Banking Domain experience is an added advantage.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and very good time management skills.
Implementing the best practices and coding standards of the project.
Reporting for all the weekly tasks in form of accurate and detailed reports.
Working on identifying the project risk and planning mitigation action at project level.
To ensure that Team is working as per the listed procedures and process.
To ensure that all process related activities are followed.
Should also work on constantly increasing the productivity of the team.
Should be flexible enough and be adaptable to the changing and varied work settings.
To be the interface between the team and the management.
Abide by all the project and company guidelines and standards and to ensure that even the team members are doing so.
Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones.

Job Description:

8 to 10 years of Automation Testing experience using Playwright (Good to have) and Selenium (mandatory).
Develop/build test automation strategy and focus specifically on maximizing reusability for regression.
Evaluate the functional requirements for testability and identify suitable candidates for automation.
Expertise in using JIRA, TP and ALM.
Independently create, execute, and maintain comprehensive automation scripts using Play wright and Selenium
Create comprehensive test cases/scripts that are in accordance with business and technical specifications
Expertise in handling code logic for unexpected conditions, process flow variations and expected error conditions.
Experience with essential SQL queries.
Experience in integrating the automation scripts with DevOps/CICD pipeline.
Expertise in creating test scripts for Window & Web applications.
Maintain the automation scripts and adhere to coding standards.
Expertise in designing and developing test automation related processes such as framework/templates/Guidelines/standards.
Proactive and ability in resolving any functional issue.
Ability to understand various aspects of Integration testing involving multiple interfaces.
Expertise in Creating macros for repetitive tasks.
Analyze and generate reports from JIRA and ALM.
Expertise in calculating the Automation ROI.
Knowledge of Languages like VB Script, type script and Core Java.
Excellent analytical and debugging skills.
