Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: Columbus, OH / Minneapolis, MN (4 days Onsite, 1 day Remote)

Job Type: Fulltime/W2 Contract

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and be comfortable working in a hybrid onsite environment.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications
Build and customize Salesforce custom objects, fields, workflows, and validations
Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and controllers
Create and manage automation using Flow Builder
Write efficient SOQL queries to support business requirements
Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
Support deployments and version control using Copado or similar CI/CD tools
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Required Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise in:
Custom Objects
Flow Builder
Apex Classes & Controllers
SOQL
Experience with Copado or a similar CI/CD pipeline tool
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II preferred)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
