Job Specifications

Key Responsibilities

Configure, customise, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD modules, including:
HR Case Management
Employee Service Center
Lifecycle Events
Knowledge Management
Design and implement HR workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
Develop and maintain Service Portal / Employee Center components.
Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, Active Directory, payroll systems).
Gather and translate HR business requirements into technical solutions.
Perform platform upgrades, patches, and release management activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve HRSD-related issues and defects.
Ensure data security, role-based access, and compliance with HR data privacy standards.
Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Support testing activities (unit testing, UAT) and provide post-deployment support.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to continuously improve HR service delivery and employee experience.
