You Are

UST is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to support a major digital transformation initiative for one of our strategic enterprise partners in the financial services sector. This program focuses on modernizing advisor and client engagement through next-generation CRM capabilities built on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.

The Opportunity

Hybrid: In office/remote
Lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to deliver measurable business value.
Coach and provide technical guidance to junior developers on the team.
Collaborate closely with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce implementations.
Participate in agile ceremonies and support story refinement, technical estimation, and solutioning.
Contribute to DevOps initiatives, development best practices, automation, and process efficiencies.
Stay up to date on Salesforce platform capabilities and ensure solutions follow industry best practices and internal development standards.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What You Need

10+ years of web-based application development or full-stack development experience, including 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development.
Proficiency with the Lightning platform, including APEX, Aura, Lightning Web Components, APIs, Platform Events, and the Salesforce Data Model.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and products, especially Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs, UI frameworks, and event-driven patterns.
Experience with Salesforce DevOps and modern CI/CD practices.
Salesforce Certifications:
Salesforce Administrator
Platform Developer I (PDI)
Platform Developer II (PDII)
Nice-to-have
Experience implementing Salesforce or CRM solutions in the financial services industry.
Active engagement with the Salesforce community.
Familiarity with Datastage, OCP technologies, or related CI/CD tools.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Quebec

Compensation Range: $104,000-$130,000

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year). They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.

Part-time regular and temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All Canadian employees who work in a province, territory or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
