About the Role

A highly regarded global organisation is looking for a Workday Integrations Analyst to join their expanding IT and Operations function. This position sits within a specialist Workday delivery team focused on building new features, enhancing integration capability and supporting an ongoing programme of system improvement. This is not a lead role, but it is a key position with ownership over integration design, build and support. You will work closely with HR, IT and Finance teams, as well as data engineering colleagues, to ensure Workday remains the core system of record and integrates cleanly with downstream systems.

Key Responsibilities

Integration design and development

Design, build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Workday Cloud Connect, EIB and Workday Web Services (SOAP and REST).
Work with Architects to support inter system integration design and orchestration.
Translate business requirements into practical integration design proposals.
Monitor integration alerts raised through ServiceNow and troubleshoot errors.
Manage and prioritise work items using Azure Dev Ops.
Work with the AMS partner when external support or advice is required.
Contribute to security group configuration and ensure integrations align with compliance requirements.
Use calculated fields effectively for data transformation and conditional logic.
Support GDPR and internal policy compliance across all integrations.
Contribute to data quality, audit and risk assessments linked to Workday integrations.
Unit test all integration changes in non production tenants.

Required skills and experience

Strong functional and technical Workday knowledge.
Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, REST and SOAP APIs.
Understanding of HR processes and data management.
Experience working with Boomi or similar middleware.
Strong problem solving, stakeholder communication and prioritisation skills.

Desirable skills and experience

Knowledge of IT governance and compliance standards.
Experience with advanced reporting and PRISM analytics.
