Freelance Senior Internal Communications Manager – Change Management, Data & AI

We’re looking for a hands-on freelance Senior Internal Communications Manager with strong Change Management expertise and a passion for data, AI, and digital transformation to work with a global, high-profile client in the consumer sector.

What you’ll do:

Lead internal communications and change initiatives across a complex, international organisation
Translate complex data, AI, and cybersecurity topics into clear, engaging messages for employees
Manage internal channels and build pages on SharePoint and Viva Engage
Create compelling presentations and visuals in PowerPoint

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in Senior Internal Comms and Change Management

Comfortable with AI, data, digital transformation, and cybersecurity topics

Skilled in SharePoint, Viva Engage, and PowerPoint

Reliable, collaborative, and able to adapt to different briefs

Details:

Hybrid – London when needed

Freelance – 2–3 days per week
