Our client is a well-known UK based international FMCG company and they are seeking a Data Protection Paralegal to join their Global Data Privacy team.

The Role

You will support on a wide range of data protection matters, including reviewing and drafting agreements, assisting with data subject requests, supporting privacy impact assessments, and maintaining policies and guidance.

Requirements

Solid experience in data protection/privacy law, gained in-house or in private practice
Strong working knowledge of GDPR
Skilled in reviewing and negotiating data protection clauses and agreements
Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, detail-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
FMCG, retail or technology sector experience a plus

Start date: mid January 2025
Duration: approx. 3 months
Location: Offices in London and Edinburgh
