Job Specifications

Role: Power BI Consultant

Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)

Duration: Contract

Experience & Education

Minimum 4+ years of combined professional experience building data solutions with Power BI (including DAX, Power Query and publishing dashboards) and creating and managing workflows in Power Automate or similar tools
Experience integrating Power Platform Solutions with Microsoft 365 and other enterprise systems is an asset
Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT operations, service delivery, or a related field.
Deep understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise data governance.

Advanced hands-on experience with:

ServiceNow Modules, including Incident, Change, Problem.
Service Now Performance Analytics
ServiceNow Tables – TDAR and SPM
Tools: Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint and Microsoft suite of applications
Nice to have: Python based data visualization and Machine Learning.
A self-starter mindset, with the ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and follow through with impact.
Passion for improving the way things work—through data, automation, and scalable solutions.

Roles and Responsibility:

Work with senior team members to gather requirements, design, build and maintain end-to-end solutions by leveraging Power Platform Tools such as Power BI, and Power Automate.
Build & Automate Smarter Workflows.
Build data solutions with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query and publishing dashboards.
Create and manage workflows in Power Automate to optimize Business Processes
Continuously improve and streamline data workflows to support scalability and efficiency.
Collaborate with teams to launch enhancements that improve speed, reliability, and usability.
