Job Summary:

We are seeking a Tableau Administrator to develop, support, and maintain enterprise Tableau environments. The role focuses on dashboard development, Tableau Server administration, performance tuning, issue resolution, and integration with enterprise applications in AWS-hosted environments. Strong client-facing and troubleshooting skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and support Tableau dashboards and reports for business users.
Administer Tableau Server (DEV, STAGE, PROD, DR), including performance tuning and availability.
Troubleshoot Tableau server, connectivity, and data source issues.
Monitor environments using Splunk, DataDog, and PagerDuty.
Integrate Tableau with enterprise systems using ODBC/JDBC and APIs.
Support automation and deployments using Terraform and GitLab.
Act as a client-facing lead and provide guidance on best practices.

Required Skills:

Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server administration.
AWS-hosted Tableau environments.
Strong SQL, data preparation, and ETL knowledge.
Monitoring and alerting tools (Splunk, DataDog, PagerDuty).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
