Job Specifications

Missions principales :

- Pilotage de projet & management
- Piloter la partie automatisme du projet de migration
- Définir la roadmap, le planning, le budget et les ressources
- Encadrer et animer une petite équipe
- Identifier les risques techniques et organisationnels
- Suivre l'avancement, la qualité et les jalons projet (FAT, SAT, commissioning)
- Assurer un reporting régulier en anglais
- Coordination & communication

Apporter une vision technique sur :

- Environnements batch
- Coexistence ancien / nouveau système
- Gestion des interfaces (OPC, CIP, batch control)
- Challenger les choix techniques sans être un pur développeur

Profil recherché
Expérience :

- Idéalement minimum 10 ans d'expérience en automatisme industriel
- Évolution vers des fonctions de chef de projet / manager automatisme
- Expérience significative en pharmaceutique et/ou agroalimentaire (fortement recommandée)

Compétences projet & soft skills

- Leadership et capacité à fédérer
- Excellente organisation et rigueur documentaire
- Très bonne communication écrite et orale
- Anglais courant indispensable (réunions, reporting, échanges internationaux)
