A Salesforce Business Analyst acts as the bridge between business needs and Salesforce solutions. This role focuses on gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring Salesforce implementations align with organizational goals

Key Responsibilities

·Requirement Gathering & Analysis

oElicit, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

oTranslate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce features.

·Solution Design & Implementation

oCollaborate with technical teams to design scalable Salesforce solutions.

oConfigure custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and dashboards.

·Testing & Deployment

oCoordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

oEnsure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.

·Stakeholder Communication

oAct as liaison between business and technical teams.

oPrepare and present reports on project status and recommendations.

·Continuous Improvement

oAnalyze system performance and recommend optimizations.

oStay updated on Salesforce releases and new features.

Required Skills

·Business Analysis Skills

oNeeds analysis, process mapping, wireframing, and documentation.

oStrong communication and problem-solving abilities.

·Technical Skills

oSalesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), SOQL, and data management.

oFamiliarity with reports, dashboards, and automation tools.

·Certifications

oSalesforce Certified Business Analyst (recommended).

oSalesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Agile/CSM certifications are a plus.

Experience

·8 years in business analysis, preferably with Salesforce projects.

·Exposure to Agile methodologies and CRM optimization
