Job Description

The incumbent works closely with internal partners to implement effective, reusable, and consumable technology solutions for all projects. The role contributes to ensuring the stability, performance, and evolution of solutions in alignment with architecture targets. The advisor supports the definition, design, and analysis of IT solutions while contributing to modernization initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in solution operations architecture.
Proficiency in French is required.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure.
Certification in security, telecommunications, or another field related to infrastructure solution architecture.
Strong mastery of technology and complex environments.
Ability to make sound, high-quality decisions.
Strategic mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
Effective collaboration skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Ability to influence, align, and negotiate with stakeholders.

Conseiller en architecture de solutions d’exploitation

Exigences et qualifications requises

Minimum de 4 ans d’expérience pertinente, dont au moins 2 ans en architecture de solutions d’exploitation.
Maîtrise du français requise.
Solide connaissance de l’infrastructure TI.
Certification en sécurité, télécommunications ou dans tout autre domaine lié à l’architecture de solutions d’infrastructure.
Excellente maîtrise des technologies et des environnements complexes.
Capacité à prendre des décisions judicieuses et de grande qualité.
Esprit stratégique et fortes aptitudes en résolution de problèmes.
Excellentes capacités de collaboration et habiletés interpersonnelles développées.
Très bonnes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
Aptitude à influencer, mobiliser et négocier avec les parties prenantes.
Leadership favorisant un climat de confiance.
Capacité à gérer l’incertitude et l’ambiguïté, ainsi qu’à faire preuve de résilience.
