Project Manager- Oracle HCM Integration
Reading - Onsite 2/3 days a week
6 month contract
Inside of IR35
£600 - £670 per day
As Integration Delivery Manager, you will join the Oracle HCM Cloud Programme and work within the Integration Workstream. You'll collaborate with HR, IT, SI Partners, and third-party providers to coordinate integration build, testing, deployment, and transition support activities.Key Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with integration teams, stakeholders, and suppliers.
Manage design and build documentation for HCM integrations with version control.
Support reporting, deliverable reviews, and risk assurance with the Integration Delivery Lead.
Track integration progress against HCM milestones and contribute to delivery planning.
Skills & Experience
Business Knowledge
Strong understanding of HR core functions and processes.
Experience in large-scale digital transformation programmes, ideally in corporate shared services.
Experience
Prince2 or equivalent Waterfall qualifications.
5+ years as a Delivery Manager with proven delivery record.
Familiarity with Oracle True Cloud methodology preferred.
Experience in Matrix organisations and using Azure DevOps.
Ability to manage risks and develop contingency plans.
Technical Skills
5+ years with Oracle HCM SaaS; Oracle E-Business (12.2.9) preferred.
Functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labour modules.
Technical expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports.
Proficiency in MSP Professional/Online, PowerBI, and O365 (SharePoint).
Personal Attributes

Strong planning, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
Resilient under pressure with excellent attention to detail.
