Job Title: AI Lead Business System Analyst

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Key Responsibilities:

Lead business analysis activities for AI / ML initiatives in the Insurance domain
Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, AI, and advanced analytics
Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements
Translate insurance business rules into AI-ready workflows, models, and decision logic
Collaborate with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Support integration with core insurance systems (Claims, Policy, Billing)
Define KPIs, success metrics, and governance for AI-driven solutions
Ensure regulatory compliance, explainability, and ethical AI practices
Act as a lead liaison with senior stakeholders and executive leadership

Must Have Skills:

BSA Artificial Intelligence Insurance Domain
