We’re Hiring: Safety & Security Team Leader
Location: London EC1R 3DA
Pay: £45,000 - £48 000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 8- 5 Monday - Friday

Responsibilities
Job Description
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
Lead and manage team performance, ensuring attendance, appearance, and compliance with company standards.
Ensure team members are trained, equipped, and informed to perform duties effectively.
Delegate tasks, monitor completion, and maintain roster coverage for uninterrupted service delivery.
Respond to and report incidents promptly, and ensure equipment is maintained and faults escalated.
Support operational plans and ensure service levels meet contractual KPIs.
Provide guidance, encourage collaboration, and recognise individual contributions within the team.

Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:
Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to take ownership and work independently.
Excellent knowledge of security operations, policies, and procedures.
Proven ability to maintain compliance with health, safety, and security standards.
Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions effectively.
Skilled in incident investigation and managing the full lifecycle of corrective measures.
Ability to train, motivate, and support team members, fostering collaboration and high performance.
Competence in emergency planning and response, including recruiting and training response teams.
