We are looking for a Delivery Executive (Director level) with re-insurance and/or Insurance experience to support our key clients in France.

Responsibilities
End-to-end delivery from initiation through to the whole life cycle; ensuring projects/programs are delivered successfully and in line with EPAM processes
Manage client relationship, expectations, represent delivery at project, program and governance level
Address client issues, identify and manage engagement risks, ensure that the client executes their responsibilities
Develop and maintain the delivery plan and co-ordinate the preparation of proposals and statements of work
Run multiple activity streams and coordinate with technical and business groups in various stages of the SDLC lifecycle and IT service management processes
Be accountable for project and delivery in all aspects – financial, sourcing, implementation and business as well as regulatory requirements
Work closely with multi-disciplinary nearshore and offshore teams consisting of product owners, architects, engineers and quality assurance experts to drive estimates, delivery plans and retrospectives
Lead and represent delivery in sales and presales activities and contribute to grow our business in Insurance domain
Requirements
Experience in reinsurance and/or insurance
Hands-on experience delivering complex projects, manage client stakeholders and successfully drive IT services engagements
Strong, proven management skills in large-scale (>100 FTE) engagements
Grasp of AI/GenAI concepts (ML, GAI, LLM, etc), current capabilities and limitations
Ability to evaluate how introducing AI/GenAI will impact project scope, timeline, resources and risk profile. Understanding ethical implications, potential biases, privacy concerns
Hands-on experience of applying AI solutions; understand basic data requirement of AI and GenAI implementations
Deep understanding and hands-on experience of the Software Development Life Cycle, methodologies, including experience in Agile delivery
Hands-on experience with different engagement models such as T&M, FP, Fixed Terms and so on
Solid understanding of software architecture designs and principles
Fluent English and French language
