About The Role

At KPCA, data drives every decision we make. As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that support strategic initiatives and operational excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, uncover trends, and deliver data-driven solutions that impact the business at all levels.

Key Objectives

Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide clear and concise reports and visualizations to support business decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across various sources.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to monitor business outcomes.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions and challenges.
Work alongside IT and business teams to improve data collection processes and tools.
Translate complex data findings into understandable insights for non-technical audiences.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with statistical analysis and programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
