The role involves supporting a personal project led by a partner at a consulting company, with a focus on advanced Salesforce development tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions tailored to specific project requirements.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions to meet project objectives
Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems as needed
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce environment
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues
Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to existing Salesforce configurations
Document technical processes and solutions for future reference

Skills And Requirements

Native-level proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written)
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders
Availability for part-time, contract-based work
Salesforce certifications are highly desirable
