Overview

We are looking for a Machine Learning Scientist to join our client’s team and drive advanced analytics initiatives. The role focuses on researching, designing, and implementing cutting-edge machine learning models to solve complex business problems and improve decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

Research, develop, and implement innovative machine learning algorithms and models
Experiment with and optimize models for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to deploy ML solutions into production
Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover patterns and insights
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies
Communicate findings and technical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Key Skills And Experience

Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling
Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages
Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras
Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment of ML models
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex problems into actionable solution
