Job Role: Salesforce Architect

Location : SFO California, US(Hybrid)

Visa: USC/GC/GC-EAD

Job Description :

A Salesforce Architect is a senior-level professional responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. This role bridges technical capabilities and strategic goals, ensuring scalability, security, and integration across systems

Key Responsibilities

· Solution Design & Architecture

o Develop scalable and efficient Salesforce architectures for complex projects.

o Translate business requirements into technical designs and Salesforce solutions.

o Create design blueprints, technical specifications, and risk assessments.

· Implementation & Integration

o Lead technical teams during Salesforce implementation and integration projects.

o Ensure adherence to best practices for development and governance.

o Oversee data migration and integration with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

· Quality Assurance & Optimization

o Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

o Maintain system scalability, security, and compliance standards.

o Stay updated on Salesforce releases and incorporate new features.

· Leadership & Collaboration

o Mentor developers and administrators.

o Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.

o Provide technical guidance and training for end-users

Required Skills

· Technical Expertise

o Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components.

o SOQL, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

o Integration tools and APIs (REST/SOAP).

o Data modeling and security best practices.

· Certifications

o Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent.

o Additional certifications like ADM, TOGAF, PMP are desirable.

· Experience

o 10+ years in Salesforce architecture and development.

Proven track record of leading Salesforce implementation projects.
