Position: Senior Java Developer

Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite in a Week)

Duration: 12 Months Contract with possible extension

Payrate: $ 70-75 per hour on W2

Job Description:

We are looking for a Java Developer to support a Lending (Mortgage) platform within a banking environment. The role focuses on enhancing and troubleshooting an existing platform, delivering high-quality code, and supporting production releases in an Agile setup.

Responsibilities:

Enhance and troubleshoot existing Java based lending applications
Develop and deploy microservices using Spring Boot
Build and consume RESTful services
Participate in CI/CD pipelines and production releases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

Must-Have Skills:

5–10 years of hands-on Java development experience
Experience releasing code into production
Strong Spring Boot and Microservices experience
REST services development
Good understanding of SQL databases (Postgres, DB2, MySQL)
CI/CD experience
Financial Services industry experience

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Cloud experience (on-prem)
Kubernetes experience
Exposure to GenAI
