You’ll be: (Responsibilities)

Supporting the collection, cleaning and analysis of data from multiple sources (ticketing, merchandise, tours, sponsorships)
Assisting in building dashboards, reports and visualisations to track commercial performance
Supporting ad-hoc analysis
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand commercial needs and translate them into actionable insights
Helping to automate workflows to improve efficiency

You’ll have: (Experience & Qualifications)

Qualifications:

Essential

SQL – ability to extract and manipulate data from relational databases
Excel – Advanced functionality including pivot tables and formulas
Power BI (or similar BI tool) – Ability to create dashboards and visualisations
Basic Python – For data cleaning, analysis and simple automation
Strong numeracy and analytical skills
Strong curiosity and problem-solving mindset
Attention to detail and accuracy

Desirable

Experience with Google Cloud Platform tools (BigQuery)
Understanding of data pipelines and dbt concepts
Basic understanding of commercial analytics in sports, hospitality or retail
Exposure to ticketing, CRM, or POS systems
Interest in football or the sports industry

Experience:

Essential

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject
0-2 years’ experience in data, analytics or a commercial role

Desirable

Work experience in sports, hospitality, or retail
Project experience with GCP, dbt or Python-based analytics
