The Opportunity

The successful candidate will support the analysis, underwriting and execution of new investments, while also assisting with asset management and portfolio-level initiatives. The role provides hands-on exposure to live transactions and close interaction with senior decision-makers.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and maintaining detailed financial models for acquisitions and existing assets
Supporting investment underwriting, sensitivity analysis and returns modelling
Assisting with due diligence, advisor coordination and transaction execution
Contributing to asset management analysis and portfolio reporting
Preparing investment papers, business plans and supporting materials

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s or graduate degree from a leading university – real estate, economics, business
1–2 years’ experience in real estate private equity, investment management, advisory or a related field
Strong Excel-based financial modelling and analytical capability
High attention to detail, well organised and commercially minded
Confident working independently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
