FTC Data Analyst (Procurement) – Hospitality Sector

Fixed-Term Contract (3–4 months)

Hybrid / Remote

Our client, a leading organisation in the hospitality industry, is seeking an experienced Data Analyst with strong procurement expertise to support a key transformation period. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and can hit the ground running.

You will work closely with the procurement and operations teams to analyse purchasing data, optimise supplier performance, and streamline inventory processes. A strong understanding of hospitality procurement is essential, along with hands on experience using MarketMan.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse procurement, inventory, and supplier data to identify trends and opportunities.
Produce clear dashboards and reports to support operational and financial decision making.
Review spend patterns and recommend improvements to reduce cost and waste.
Ensure data accuracy within MarketMan and other internal systems.
Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations stakeholders to support ongoing projects.

Experience Required:

Proven experience as a Data Analyst within the hospitality or food and beverage sector.
Strong background in procurement and supply chain data.
Hands-on expertise with MarketMan (essential).
High proficiency in Excel and/or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and deliver insights quickly.
