Are you ready to revolutionize the digital experience for customers?

Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to lead the charge in digital personalization, focusing on creating exceptional online journeys for consumers. You will be at the forefront of designing and executing cutting-edge personalization strategies that drive engagement and deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and execution of personalization technologies to enhance customer experiences online.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement key audience segmentation strategies.
Drive optimization efforts through A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve digital interactions.
Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable project plans and roadmaps.
Provide training and support on marketing technologies to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Monitor project activities and adjust plans as necessary to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or 10 years of digital marketing experience in lieu of a degree.
7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and personalization.
Hands-on experience with marketing technologies such as Adobe Test & Target, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Optimizely.

Desired Skills:

Experience in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to develop and execute strategic recommendations.
Strong project management and communication skills, with flexibility to adapt to evolving strategies.
Experience with CMS, Machine Learning, and AI is a plus.
Background in e-commerce, consumer financial services, or regulated industries is advantageous.
