Senior-level ServiceNow architecture experience across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, GRC, Service Portal, Mobile, and SecOps
Strong focus on integrations and platform strategy (REST/SOAP, SSO, LDAP, cloud/SaaS/PaaS)
Hands-on leadership throughout full ServiceNow implementations
CMDB will be the first major initiative
ITIL certification and relevant ServiceNow certifications required
