Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of management experience. Preferred qualifications
Strong understanding and practical experience in the telecommunications or ISP industry, including vendors, standards bodies and operators.
Experienced people manager, including management of teams across multiple geographies.
Comfort with operating in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks, manage time efficiently and navigate ambiguity.
Proven ability to lead complex and innovative architectural projects, including work across corporate functions, locations, and/or teams.
Demonstrated good leadership and people management skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
