We're looking for ServiceNow ITOM Solution Architects who are passionate aboutsolutioning, strategy, design, and delivery across exciting, multi-industry projects.
In this role, you'll:
Design and implement advanced ServiceNow solutions, bridging the gap between business goals and platform capabilities.
Provide technical governance and oversight across complex programs.
Develop technical specifications, architecture blueprints, and solution roadmaps for enterprise environments.
Collaborate closely with clients tounderstand pain points, map journeys, and design architectures that deliver measurable value.
What you need to succeed:
Proven experience as aServiceNow Architect on ITOM-focused projects.
Confidence working front and centre with clients, translating business needs into technical solutions.
Hands-on experience with the platform: building, configuring, scripting, and integrating.
Relevant certifications: CSA, CIS ITOM (bonus points for CTA or CMA!).
