Job Specifications

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Application Specialist to support our ongoing and upcoming digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills, functional understanding of production and financial processes, and hands-on experience with ERP/CRM systems. This role will contribute to major initiatives including ERP (Dynamics 365), CRM, SharePoint, and Power Platform implementations.

Core Responsibilities:

ERP Systems & Business Analysis

Analyze, document, and optimize business applications and required solutions
Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Support and participate in ERP implementation projects across all departments, including:
Finance (AP/AR/GL)
Production Control / Manufacturing
Procurement & Inventory
Assist with the migration and deployment of the Dynamics ERP system.
Provide support, testing, training, and troubleshooting.

SharePoint & Power Platform

Assist in the implementation of SharePoint Online for file and document management.
Design and configure SharePoint sites, libraries, workflows, and access models.
Implement business workflows and automation using Power Automate (Power Platform).

Technical & Cloud Responsibilities (nice to have)

Work with Azure and Microsoft cloud technologies as needed for system deployment and configuration.
Understand network fundamentals and IT infrastructure relevant to application deployment.
Collaborate with internal IT and external consultants to ensure smooth integration across systems.
Assist in connecting ERP/CRM systems with external applications (APIs, integrations)

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master in IT or equivalent through experience
You have Minimum 3 years of experience in related field.
Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365)
understanding of data integration concepts
Strong understanding of business analysis, process mapping, and requirement gathering
Familiarity with Azure Cloud Platform and related services
Basic understanding of network fundamentals
Strong troubleshooting, prioritization, and communication skills.
Enthusiastic about technology, learning, and helping others
Strong research and self-learning skills
Advanced level of Dutch Or English. French is a plus
