CST Advisory is hiring: QA Automation Lead / QA Strategy Engineer

As part of our continued growth, CST Advisory is looking to strengthen its quality and delivery capabilities by hiring an experienced QA Automation Engineer who has evolved into a lead and strategic role. You will work in complex environments where quality, scalability, and continuous improvement are key.

Your role

As a QA Automation Lead, you will be responsible for defining, driving, and embedding the test and automation strategy across multiple teams. You combine strong technical expertise with a solid methodological vision on quality within Agile and DevOps environments.

Must-haves

Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer with growth into a lead or strategic role
Strong methodological testing background
Experience designing and implementing test and automation strategies in complex environments
Experience with process definition and standardization across teams
Solid knowledge of shift-left testing
Strong understanding of quality assurance within Agile/DevOps contexts

Nice-to-haves

Experience with CI/CD integrations and modern QA tooling
Knowledge of risk-based testing and release readiness
Experience in environments where testing practices were still maturing

Language requirements

Native Dutch or Native French
Fluent English
